Vanessa Mdee shared adorable footage of her daughter Imani Enioluwa as she celebrated her first birthday. Mdee said she was overjoyed to be chosen as Imani’s parent.
“To our Imani Enioluwa,when you see this in the future here’s a prayer for you sweet face. May YOU always Love the Lord your GOD with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind and Love your neighbor as yourself. – and the rest will fall into place,” she wrote on Instagram
Adding;
“We are overjoyed to be your chosen parents, I am blessed to have you as my girl for life – you’re literally unbelievable 😍 a beauty, our favorite tiny dancer, your Dad says you’re fussy I say you’re strong willed – I love that 💕… Happy 1st birthday my baby 🎈we love you so much.”
In November 2023, Mdee unveiled her kid’s faces in a joint Instagram post with her fiance Rotimi.
“The greatest gifts we’ve ever received,” the two wrote on a joint Instagram post
In a past intagram live, Mdee said she is not looking to adding more kids.
“Two are enough, and they are even stressing me.”
Mdee went on to give her parents their flowers “In the past, things were much harder, but they did it with so much grace, and they raised us well. We did not lack anything. It is something I admire,”
Mdee and Rotimi has been living together since 2020 when Mdee had gone to the US to visit him before they were lockdown due to the covid 19 pandemic.
The two had met the year before, while Rotimi was performing at a festival.
