While encouraging girls to invest wisely, Dr Lindah shared she also had struggles.

"We are going to check out an investment sort of property that I want to consider, so I need to get his opinion, his input on the same, it's an off-plan apartment that's coming up I want to make sure that I'm buying the right thing. "

Adding; "I like to do my due diligence before you know the next thing you hear that the developers they've disappeared with your money "

She continued narrating.

"I would like to encourage all my girlies to look into just making investments and doing small small things particularly before you get married and have kids. I mean even if you are married and have IDs regardless, but I think maybe people who don't have kids and aren't married, might relate more to me but yeah women in general should make sure they have investments, you have their finances in order, just so that you have something of your own, as much as your we say we want financially stable men and all that, we also have to have our own things going."

She raised another great point that guided her decision.

"I have a few ways that I invest my money of course I have to be careful because I'm a civil servant and di do make a little extra money as a content creator but whatever little I make I have to make sure that I invest properly so that I dont end up making some mistakes or making some poor decisions that might end up affecting me later."

Her attempt failed.

"Unfortunately, it's no deal, we will not be purchasing. The lawyer has given feedback. We have an issue, we are not convinced, the price point is perfect in terms of finishings, "

Her lawyer explained why he discouraged her.

"It's very important that before purchasing any property you have a meeting with developers and ask some serious questions coz it's not only the price that matters. or even location that matters, there are other things "

She made a second attempt at house hunting with her realtor and was successful.

"It looks like a really good investment. I am keen. I booked a unit keen on purchasing it, I am still weighing my options, but at the end of the day if you are interested in a unit, you have to book it because zinaenda haraka"

She added;

"I am genuinely looking for a unit that I can invest in, just for tenancy because I would have wanted to move out of the place I love because I've into a place that's more modern, better, but the places I was looking at, that I would want to live the areas, I couldn't afford them, they were way out of my budget, however, there's a lady I met she advised me that listen, instead of putting your money into a place that you ant afford right now and then going into a mortgage that will tie you down for years, why not buy some small investments," she advised her online fans.
